I was extremely impressed with Alan when we started the process. I would give him a 5, except there were a couple things that happened after hand-off that I did not quite agree with. First, the woman on his team to whom I was handed off, was difficult to understand when she spoke. I did mention it to her, but she doid not seem to make any attempt to adjust her seaking speed or timbre. Second, ...I was extremely impressed with Alan when we started the process. Second, Alan told me up front that one of Rocket Mortgage's big selling points is that the company would not sell my loan to a third party. It turns out the loan was sold to another bank.
