He gave excellent advice, even when it benefited me more than the company. That is how you know when a company cares about people. He explained why it made more sense financially for me not to buy mortgage points to slightly lower my rate. I got more cash back and still got a lower monthly payment. He answered every email and phone call promptly and appropriately.
