Anthony was professional in every sense of the word. What I mostly appreciated what the fact that I was not pressured into anything and everything was done on my time and on my timetable; absolutely no sales pitch. When Anthony was asked to wait while I reviewed documents, or to wait while I made sure this was something I wanted to do, he did not place any pressure on me or call to harass me. ...Anthony was professional in every sense of the word. What I mostly appreciated what the fact that I was not pressured into anything and everything was done on my time and on my timetable; absolutely no sales pitch. When Anthony was asked to wait while I reviewed documents, or to wait while I made sure this was something I wanted to do, he did not place any pressure on me or call to harass me. Anthony allowed me to this on my terms and on my time. Anthony was courteous and always had the time to go over everything with me page by page (tab by tab), process by process. I was a bit uncomfortable initially to do this, since this was a huge undertaking, however Anthony answered all of my questions, immediately returned calls and emails and went above and beyond the call of duty. My/our experience with Gabi was exceptional. Not only was she very knowledgeable about her profession, her attitude and care towards us having a hassle free refinance actually made the whole process enjoyable.
