I thought Nicholas did a great job. He explained everything to me and there were no surprises. In fact I have been telling everyone that I get into a discussion about refinancing to call him and he will take care of you. There were others that I spoke to outside of Rocket Mortgage that told me he would never follow through and that I would not have a good experience. We they were all wrong.
