Mark was able to help me refinance my home after going through a divorce. Although nothing is ever set in stone until it happens, Mark was able to ballpark dates for me and helped me prepare to get all necessary paperwork completed in a timely manner. Also, at the last minute, I was able to apply a coupon from a friend for an additional $750 savings! Jon was very helpful and we closed within a month of submitting our paperwork. Jon helped us with the paperwork and everything, except signing the closing documents, was done on line. Easiest refinance we have ever had. I would highly recommend Jon and Rocket Mortgage.
