Ember was awesome. I called her with several questions during the process. .. She explained things really well. .. clear .. concise. She called to see how things were going and if I had questions. Even a couple months after the loan closed I had a question about a new property tax rate. .. And she got back to me right away and I had everything I needed so fast! !
