Maggie has been absolutely incredible during my home equity loan process, from the very beginning all the way through to my closing and even afterward with some questions I had. In the middle of that process, Maggie had reached out to me via email and phone, since Rocket Mortgage is my current mortgage servicer. While that other company didn't really offer me a path forward, Maggie had me work with another fantastic team member named Victoria Kost, who was able to offer advice to get that paid collection record removed from my credit report and improve my score, which then lead me to be able to get approved and close on the equity loan.
