Derek was great to work with. He's very professional and is punctual with all his appointments. He kept me up to date with the progress and provided me with estimated dates if completion. The entire process took very little of my time. The website is a great tool to upload documents. I never had to step one foot inside a bank branch. I have never had a better customer service experience than what I have experienced with Jason Scherbarth, in any industry, under any circumstances. It was a long process for my family during the pre-approval, buying and selling period and Jason went way ABOVE AND BEYOND than what could have been expected, was available basically 24/7 and EVERY word he said was professional and accurate.
