After initially having to postpone our purchase for a year, when we reconnected it was like I had just spoken to him about a home purchase the day before. Working with shane was just an amazing experience. He always got back to me no matter the time or day. Shane kept me informed every step of the way. Nate is the best! he got us our loan when another broker said NO! we really thought we would have to give up our deam house and he really came through for us with Rocket Mortgage
Nate was fast in his communication with us and stayed with us all the way to the end.
the whole process took about 1 month
