This is the second time I’ve done business with rocket mortgage. The first time was a HELOC loan. That was an amazing experience and everything went through seamlessly. This time I was doing a refi on my mortgage and had the unfortunate experience of working with Justin. Justin is all sunshine and rainbows, but no work no communication and no honesty. After two months and him telling me that ...This is the second time I’ve done business with rocket mortgage. The first time was a HELOC loan. That was an amazing experience and everything went through seamlessly. This time I was doing a refi on my mortgage and had the unfortunate experience of working with Justin. Justin is all sunshine and rainbows, but no work no communication and no honesty. After two months and him telling me that everything was great no worries don’t worry about submitting things that had been requested through email the underwriters had everything they needed… I receive notification that my loan was denied! I was in a very high stress situation just knew my situation and then stopped returning my calls. It wasn’t until an amazing man named Jeffrey Kinczkowski stepped in, grab the falling horse by the reigns and brought it across the finish line! I have absolutely nothing but distain and discussed for Jeffrey and the way he does business and I wish there was a way to give two separate ratings for this loan… I have to give at least one star, but I would like to give a -10 to Justin and I would like to give a +10 to Jeffrey. He saved my behind he saved the loan he saved my house and probably saved me from a long Hospital stay! Will I do business with Rocket again? Yes I will, but I will be more diligent in vetting who is supposedly working with me.Read MoreRead Less
