I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. I was actually pretty set with the loan I already had set up and debated in my head whether I should just say no thanks and hang up. I am happy to say that I am glad I didn't! Brian helped my wife and I to get a better deal on our loan and also stayed on top of the process from start to finish....I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. Brian helped my wife and I to get a better deal on our loan and also stayed on top of the process from start to finish. He even put up with my constant questions and changes. I can honestly say the process at Rocket Mortgage was MUCH better than I had thought it was going to be, and I think that a large part of that was his hard work. If we know of anyone looking to get a home in the future we will be sure to send Brian's way!

I really enjoyed working with Brian – he is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my wife and I navigate through the entire mortgage process, and actually made it fun. Brian was always available for questions (even after working hours and on the weekends). We were able to access the Rocket Mortgage Rocket Mortgage online portal from anywhere and get the latest update on our application...I really enjoyed working with Brian – he is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Given the fact that this was my first experience in purchasing a home by myself I was extremely happy. Had it not been for Mark's knowledge and patience with me through this process I don't think I would have survived. No question was to big or too small for Mark. Right off the starting line Jay made me feel like I was the only client he had.
