I consider Allison to be one of those angels that regular folks like me sometimes run in to. She actually listened to me, my story, my concerns, and was not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the refinancing process, she was never to busy to answer a question, no matter how minor. The only thing James doesn't do for you is make your mortgage payment, that is on you. As far as everything else, he is exceptional. He makes the process as easy as possible and is always available to assist you and if for some reason he is tied up, he always get back with you promptly. He is definitely not a 9-5 guy. He takes care of his clients from the very beginning and is very knowledgeable. ...The only thing James doesn't do for you is make your mortgage payment, that is on you. This was My first House, I had Zero Knowledge of the entire process. now that i am happy i my new home, i can not overestimate the help Toby provided. He was patient, knowledgeable, and responded pretty quickly when ever i had a question, for more than 2 months he always reached out to me, even after his part was done, all the way till i got my home Keys.
