i can't believe how kind and helpful he has been. He has been available to us whenever we have needed an answer to our nervous questions about this process. We never believed it would be as easy as he has made it for us. W e feel that Len is great at his job and should go far at your company. Pamela found a way for us to get preapproved when KeyBank and others didn't even look at different options. She was very knowledgeable in the whole process and had us preapproved in less than 1 hour. very intelligent diligent gentleman. Worked with me for about a year on an issue with a loan I had my daughter on. Always took his time and was very respectful. We bonded over this loan and this gentleman was personable and genuinely wanted to resolve my issue with which no other firm seemed capable of doing.
