Don was excellent! Always available to answer questions, very patient when I didn't understand and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. He saved us $250/month and we even got a check for $100 back after closing! What a great experience!

There were a few glitches during my refinance and Garrett made all of these seemless and if I had any questions or concerns at all (and I had a couple) they were dealt with quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I have highly recommended Rocket Mortgage to my friends.

James was amazing!!! He was encouraging and funny when we were looking for a home. He made our experience quick, easy, and professional. Very personal. James was adamant about keeping us up to date with what was happening with our approval process. Never have had this kind of service with a mortgage company before. If I could give Brandon more stars I would. This guy seemed to always answer the phone when I called and if he didn't I wouldn't worry because I KNEW he would be calling me back shortly. His customer service skills are unbelievable! I was so worried about the whole process but he calmed me. I could write a book about how great Brandon was, and I couldn't write one sentence complaining. Hopefully ...If I could give Brandon more stars I would.
