Excellent, professional, helpful, informative and very attentive experience in refinancing my home. I didn't even know what I was looking for but CJ helped me understand that a refinance was the best option for my husband and I. We also ended up with enough cash back to take a little belated honeymoon, new kitchen cupboards, shower insert and a new shed for the back yard! Great experience!

I have to admit, I was excited to work with Haidar, especially given the excellent reviews. However, my experience was quite different. I had a bit of a unique buying situation - going through a divorce while buying a home - and I was always transparent and upfront with him about this situation. I have asked him countless times, before even being sent to underwriting for a pre-approval, if my ex will need to have any kind of involvement. He repeatedly said no. Well, that was a lie, and we found out two weeks before closing. Naturally, this was very upsetting and almost caused the deal to fall through. He was also not a great communicator. Sometimes I responses took minutes, sometimes it took days. Especially, when I had asked for accountability and guidance on how to navigate the legal landscape of the situation, it took him forever to reply. He was also no help in trying to find a solution or establish open and transparent communication between the realtor, title company, Rocket Mortgage, and me. I sent several emails asking to please "reply all" to make sure all stay in the loop, but he continued to text me and essentially blamed me for his oversight and lack of disclosure. Can I recommend Rocket Mortgage? Yes, absolutely. Can I recommend Haidar? No. Please find someone else.Read MoreRead Less
