I thought that he brought some really good mortgage packages to me and provided the information needed for me to decide which would best fit my circumstance. We set up several times to call and talk based on my schedule. The hand-offs to the other Rocket Mortgage people was handled very smoothly. And it was explained. Overall a very good experience.
