We just want to say THANK YOU to Angelo for his hard work in helping us get our mortgage loan. Earlier we contacted another associate of Rocket who gets a big F for his unprofessional dealing with us. Lucky for us, we met Angelo in our second attempt. Albert was attentive when I expressed my wants/needs with my refi. I had very specific goals. The information he gave me allowed for a very swift decision on my part. His attentiveness even allowed for room to pay off a few cc and was only $75 under my goal. That is more than within any margin of error and I am ecstatic to move forward. Thank you Albert!

I was already an existing customer and this experience started out great. Then I started not hearing back for almost a week and messages were going unanswered and were rushed when we did talk. They were apparently out on PTO and then sick, and I should have been referred to someone else while out but was not. For private sales, there needs to be a checklist to go by when there realtors are not ...I was already an existing customer and this experience started out great. They were apparently out on PTO and then sick, and I should have been referred to someone else while out but was not. For private sales, there needs to be a checklist to go by when there realtors are not involved. I indicated up front that the sellers did not want realtors involved. When I asked about this option up front, it sounded like it would be no problem and would be seamless. It was unclear what I had to do, what the sellers were responsible for and what Rocket was responsible for. Again many messages went unanswered, surprises came up without knowing who was supposed to do what. Knowledge was lacking and was not proactive, and was instead reactive. Documentation was not recorded correctly and on the last day I had to rush to find a copy of a signed document Rocket did not have published.Read MoreRead Less

Our closing with Rocket was going well up until the day of closing. Since everything was being done remotely, we were not aware we both needed to be present for the notary portion. Made it more time consuming to figure it all out under pressure. After all the trouble, our paperwork was lost after we completed the first closing and had to reschedule again.
