When working with Brandon it was great. however, working with others, they didn't seem to know what was going on. Rocket Mortgage has to many hands in the pot. should have only 1 agent from start to finish. If I had to rate the others from the team at Rocket Mortgage it would be poor. I had to call several times to correct mistakes make by others on the team.
