Taylor was very efficient and easily reachable; she reached out to propose to convert my existing loan with rocket mortgage to a lower rate. Dealing with her was very easy, she was very cautious an onside quickly all meiosis.
Things were not as easy with the closing team, asking repeatedly for the same documents, Communicating from you email addresses on a regular basis, making the closing ...Taylor was very efficient and easily reachable; she reached out to propose to convert my existing loan with rocket mortgage to a lower rate.
