Sumer made everything so simple and easy during our refinancing it was like all we did was sign the closing papers. Sumer answered all of our questions right away and if she didn't have the answer she got it ASAP. Our previous mortgage company was making things harder than they had to be when we needed information from them unlike Sumer and Rocket Mortgage.
