Sumer took excellent care of me when I was working on a mortgage for my new home that I closed on in July of 2013. Within the first few phones calls, she started to recognize my voice and I never had to refresh her on where I was in the process. I genuinely felt like she cared about my experience and knew how anxious and unfamiliar I was about the process.
