Jordan was friendly and very helpful, as all of your representatives always are. This mortgage took considerably longer than others, not sure why, but we are happily done now, cash has been used for my outstanding CCs but I still need to find to whom the check goes for the major pay off this was all for -- surprise you did not do this yourself instead of sending their check thru me -- I'll mail it...Jordan was friendly and very helpful, as all of your representatives always are.
