Our home equity loan went well in the beginning. Keanen made sure we received the documents needed. Once we had signed everything and completed our tasks in the portal, we stopped receiving updates and we had to follow-up with him concerning the progress of the loan. Finally we received the final documents and the interest rate we were quoted was increased from the original quote. When we asked about the higher rate he replied, "it's only $4 per month more." I really do feel heard and I really have come to understand the material.
