10 ⭐️’s…. I was in the middle of a refinance when I called Mike. It took about 2 minutes to feel that I was in the right place. Normally I would take a day or two to think through a decision, but Mike left no stone unturned turned and I immediately started the Rocket Mortgage process and canceled my refi.
