Hi, I wanted to take a moment out of my day to reach out and let you know WE OFFICIALLY CLOSED! you most likely know that (and I know it’s bowling night) so I won’t take too much time, we just wanted to personally reach out and say THANK YOU! from start to finish even during some road bumps and my OCD and stress you never left us hanging and you pulled strings to make sure you got us in this ...Hi, I wanted to take a moment out of my day to reach out and let you know WE OFFICIALLY CLOSED! you most likely know that (and I know it’s bowling night) so I won’t take too much time, we just wanted to personally reach out and say THANK YOU! from start to finish even during some road bumps and my OCD and stress you never left us hanging and you pulled strings to make sure you got us in this house, we can’t thank you enough for sticking it out with us!!! We now get to have a beautiful home for our family and I am not sure this would have been possible without you, you took the extra time that I needed and went over everything with me (even exploring apps that neither one of us we’re familiar with) 🤣 really don’t wanna do that again haha that sounds like it can be a Jim problem next time lol… but you made a very stressful place for me a lot more calm and we just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU!!!! in the future (as we spoke about refinancing when Jim’s credit goes back up lol) I hope it’s you and me against Jim’s information once again…. Hopefully minus Fandual 🤣🤣 we hope you and yours have a beautiful holiday season (if you celebrate) and take care always….. your friend~~~Cryssy.Read MoreRead Less

Jeannie was wonderful to work with throughout the whole mortgage process. She was very professional and her calm demeanor, sense of humor and optimistic nature always made us feel better during some challenging days. She helped us begin a new chapter in our lives and we'll always be grateful to her for that.
