I tend to be VERY cautious with major financial decisions, and she took the time to clearly explain every step of the process: what would happen, why it was necessary, and what it meant for me. She is knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly accommodating. I never felt like I was being “sold” something; instead, it truly felt like she cared about making sure this was the right decision for me. Even when some of my concerns were probably excessive, she was patient and understanding. The entire process took about a month, and Hannah provided consistent support throughout. Now, seven months later, I’m extremely happy I moved forward. The refinance has had a significant positive impact on our finances. If I ever pursue something similar in the future, Hannah will be my first call.Read MoreRead Less

Taylor was great to work with. Easily reachable and went over stuff with me time after time until I understood things. Thanks to her encouragement to refinance, I’m going to say a lot of money and I’m so glad I did. I definitely recommend Taylor to help anyone who is contemplating refinancing.
