I had an amazing experience working with Jason Billings on my home loan. He was fantastic to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. This was truly the easiest and smoothest home purchase experience I have ever had. Jason and Daniel were great throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Gabriela was very professional and a pleasure to work with (even if she is an ASU Sun Devil and not a U of A Wildcat).

On the Friday night before Christmas, with closing the next day (a Saturday), I left Michael a help request at about midnight. He answered it by 6 AM the next morning. Just amazing! Michael was knowledgeable, got us started quickly, did not waste anybody’s time. He did a great job of shepherding the mortgage process for us.

Jeremy was excellent to work with. He addressed our needs promptly and provided the understanding and care needed for my transaction as a veteran.

Jeff is the best person ever! Thanks to Jeff I bought my first house, making a big step like this actived my motivation to be better at work and get promoted so I can be comfortable with a mortgage payment. After closing, Jeff didnt go far...we just refinanced into a lower rate!! So dont be afraid of the market or what ifs. Jeff will be there every step of the way!

It was easy to work with Sara. She answered calls and emails very quickly and explained things in language I could understand. Even it it wasn't her area, she answered my questions as best she could and then directed me to the area I should be talking to.

John did a fantastic job with our home equity loan with Rocket. He was straight forward and set a great expectation of how the process will go. He also went out of the way to respond quickly to an question I had.

Was nice to work with but didn't communicate with me that a certain payoff wouldn't be able to happen.
