Peter was beyond amazing.    After ou first lender drug their feet.  I brought my loan to Peter on a Thursday w/ a holiday weekend following and we needed to Close by the following Friday.  5 days !      We did it - thanks to Peter... he is a go getter - Very on top of everything.
