Suzy was present during all the phases of the loan process, replying promptly and patiently to all my questions and being able to suggest me and guide me through the purchase of my first house. As a non-US citizen and freshly moved to US my situations presented additional challenges which thanks to Suzy we were able to overcome smoothly. With Suzy you can't go wrong!

We can't say enough about Damon and how positive this experience was. We refinanced not one but two mortgages with Damon because he listened to our needs and goals first. Hearing our needs he presented a solution that was based in a no pressure, easy to deal with manner but most of all quickly. we had a very difficult mortgage to process. Had existing mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. It was a rental property. Wanted to divide out land and build our retirement home. Long drawn out process. Michael worked with us from the beginning and with many many ups and downs was able to not only get the rental mortgage refinanced but new retirement home financed. We are talking new appraisals, ...we had a very difficult mortgage to process. Had existing mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. It was a rental property. Wanted to divide out land and build our retirement home. Long drawn out process. Michael worked with us from the beginning and with many many ups and downs was able to not only get the rental mortgage refinanced but new retirement home financed. We are talking new appraisals, new surveys, new abstracts and on and on it went. There was more than one time I wanted to pull plug on process. I am glad the process is done and over. We are in our retirement home. Rental property all set. Very very difficult process and to have two mortgages in process at the same time it was frustrating at times. However Michael did help us with the process and now it is said and done......life is good.!!!!! The difficulty of the process was not Rocket Mortgage fault it was what we did that made it a difficult process. I am not sure another mortgage company could have handled the complex process.Read More Read Less
