Fake and Condescending
Very bad experience, finished all tasks and waited a week with no response on scheduling a closing, only to wait for a SECOND "rate jerk" before closing. I have excellent credit and great household income.
Cant wait to get away from Rocket Mortgage, this experience ruined them for me.
