The buying process can be stressful so having someone really there for me was extremely helpful. Our loan process was fabulous. It took 6 days from start to finish to refinance our home. Was able to do it all online and they even sent a notary to sign our documents to us while we were on vacation in another state. Second time we have used Rocket Mortgage and we would absolutely call them first if and when we ever need another!
