We closed on our home yesterday. I have to say that Jim is completely and utterly amazing! He understood that a home loan can be a stressful situation for the buyers, and he was there to literally hold our hands throughout the entire process. I always knew I was in good hands, when Jim was just a text away.

His communication was outstanding, he left no questions unanswered, and he worked diligently throughout the entire process, even after we were turned over to the underwriters, to make sure that we were happy, and all her needs were met!

He was incredibly quick to return phone calls, and respond to text messages. Day or night, we got an answer immediately.

Joe was Amazing! He helped me throughout the entire process by telling me step by step what I needed to do. Not only that if I had a question Joe would always return my calls right away. Sometimes I couldn't get the other person in the 2nd step of my loan so I would call Joe and I could always count on him calling me right back within the hour if that. I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. I was actually pretty set with the loan I already had set up and debated in my head whether I should just say no thanks and hang up. I am happy to say that I am glad I didn't! Brian helped my wife and I to get a better deal on our loan and also stayed on top of the process from start to finish....I first met Brian when he contacted me regarding a quote request I had accidentally submitted online. Given the fact that this was my first experience in purchasing a home by myself I was extremely happy. Right off the starting line Jay made me feel like I was the only client he had. I was a little apprehensive at first with a complete online mortgage process, but after working with Mr Carter that quickly diminished. I very much liked the online check list and process of uploading documents.
