NATE IS GREAT!! Our application process started on-line on about Oct. 2, 2015 - and we signed papers to close on Nov. 2, 2015! That's about 30 days from start to finish. A lot of paperwork was able to be completed on line, which is very convenient for applicants who work 40+ hours a week.
