What a privilege it was to work with such a consummate professional as Samuel McCargo. He hung in there with us through a 6 month struggle to sell our home and buy another in an impossible market. He is brilliant with a wealth go knowledge about the current laws as well as the subtle nuances of a successful purchase of a new home.
