Kent was great. We had tried to refinance previously with Rocket Mortgage and other companies but were denied. Kent took the time to ask the proper questions during the pre-qual and he found out I was a veteran. With the VA program we were able to refinance at a rate of 3.25%.

Eric, my experience with you was very good. Unfortunately, I suggested Rocket Mortgage to my daughter and she had a very poor experience with the folks they assigned to her. She eventually, after many months of poor service, left Rocket Mortgages and now is going to go ahead with another mortgage company. The name of the girl working with her was Colleen and I was embarrassed with the service she ...Eric, my experience with you was very good.
