Every interaction was supportive and his follow through was outstanding. Joe provided us with realistic expectations throughout the process. We felt informed every step of the way. Most importantly we felt that our finding the home of our dreams and obtaining the best interest rate for our mortgage was as important to Joe as it was to us. Adam and I share the same last name, which is no accident, but I must say that I didn't realize his knowledge base entirely until I really started digging in swapping a 7/1 for a 30 and a HELOC vs a higher 1st, basically trying every possible combination. The point being is that I'm very impressed with him, which is a lot to say coming from a younger brother. He get's my vote of approval!

This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. It was an amazing experience. She was fantastic at follow up, even before we were a client. I spoke to her during the process of deciding what lending company I would like to use and prior to getting pre-approved. Her follow up every couple of weeks in a non aggressive way, lead me towards Rocket Mortgage and working with her. ...This was our first time working with Rocket Mortgage and Jennifer. Her follow up every couple of weeks in a non aggressive way, lead me towards Rocket Mortgage and working with her. It took us a while to sell our home and she continued to check in to see how things were progressing up until the time we were ready, which was about 6 months. I work at a company were are customers are treated like Kings. The challenge is not everyone else has that same motto, which normally sets me up for a disappointment. One of my biggest pet peeves for me is having to call to find out how things are progressing and for me to do the majority of the communicating to make sure everything is ok. I did not have to do that with Jennifer. She was amazing with email and phone correspondence. I was never concerned about any step, because she either gave me an update or made sure I was comfortable with the next step. I know she was extremely busy, but she never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She made the horrible process of getting a home loan a pleasant one and even enjoyable. Jenny did a great job with my loan. I got an extremely competitive rate, low down payment, and avoided PMI completely. Before I talked with Rocket Mortgage, I didn't think this would be possible. They beat out the local guys, because they have to to get your business. My only criticism is that Rocket Mortgage has a bit of a high pressure feel to it and aggressively seeks your business, which ...Jenny did a great job with my loan.
