We requested Mark when we began our refinance process because we had worked with him before. He is a professional and makes sure that we are always informed about progress of the paperwork. If he doesn't answer his phone, he can be counted on to return phone calls in a timely manner. If I was going to use Rocket Mortgage again I would defiantly call Mark.
