My experience working with Ethan started off positively. He was enthusiastic and seemed eager to help, and he made an effort to build trust early on. However, I found myself having to repeat my situation each time we spoke, which made the process feel disjointed.

Overall, the experience left me disappointed. I didn’t feel supported or heard, and the lack of follow‑through made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I’m looking forward to paying off this loan and will likely explore other lenders in the future.Read MoreRead Less
