Some years ago, we talked of someday owning a little place near the sea where we could spend weekends and vacations, then, later on, retirement. But with two children opting to attend expensive private colleges, we pretty much gave up on the little cottage.

So, yes, we transacted some business with you. But with your help we also recaptured a dream from many years ago and made it a reality. You were attentive and always checked in at important points in the process. Thank you.

Very pleasant to deal with- the deal didn't change throughout the process and in the end everything went very smoothly. On the one hand, the constant daily phone call updates were a little tiresome, but it was better than the alternative and other local brokers who were difficult to get a hold of.
