Robert is a true business professional, and he treats you like family!! He always got back to me in a timely manner when I emailed/called with questions about the loan. We really feel that he had our best interests at heart. I referred Robert to my coworker who refinanced his house through Rocket Mortgage and he was very pleased with Robert's profesionalism too.

Jen was a joy to work with. Great knowledge of the process, always willing to give advice, and incredibly prompt with both email and telephone correspondence. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, she is that good to work with. Discover Home Loans matched Rocket Mortgage's offer and even tried to entice me with $1,000 towards closing costs, but I had to turn it down because they were too ...Jen was a joy to work with.
