Jim was outstanding working on getting everything completed. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was very professional and courteous. This is my second closing with Rocket Mortgage, and both times Rocket Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to so many people because of the positive experience that I had. - Joe Coupe
