Cheryl was the Purchase Banker that handled my purchase. Overall I was satisfied with her services. I believe that she was restricted from assisting me at various stages of the process and I didn't enjoy being handed to multiple people at Rocket Mortgage in order to complete the processes. I don't like too many people having access and/or inquiring about my personal information and I was disappointed with that experience with their company about that. At times I felt that it was an up-hill battle getting help from them. I believe Cheryl had the best intentions and were restricted at times. Either way, Cheryl's professionalism and communication skills met expectations.
