I was in a bind dealing with my divorce and had to buy the house outright from my Ex. Sumer was very understanding with this issue and assisted me with the purchase. I ran into some rather large bumps in the road due to the legal actions taking place. Sumer even made some calls for to my attorney to clarify some unanswered questions regarding legal issues. I strongly believe and feel she went beyond what is expected! At all times she kept an upbeat and positive attitude with me knowing I had a deadline to meet to purchase the house.
