When you apply with Rocket Mortgage and get connected with someone, Micheal is the one you want. He made things happen. From quick responses, staying late, and ensuring time sensitive tasks. To the more personal level, "let's get these people cleared to close."
When you trust him, he trusts you, and everything works beautifully. He's a great guy, I will be keeping his contact for any future needs.

Alyssa was so helpful. She was very informative and was happy to research what she didn't have the answer to, which wasn't very much. She was very patient. She had to make some last minute changes for me and she made them happily and efficiently. I would highly recommend her.

The process was fine in general and Courtney seems like a genuinely good person, but there were communication gaps and many times where I wasn't sure where we were in the process, what the next steps were, or what was going on. Though I suspected an appraisal was required, I was never told this at any point - I just got an appointment request via text/email and took it from there.
