Rocket mortgage was NOT an option in my lender list but Cristian Carranza-Luna changed my decision, he managed his time to adjust to our availability every day in the process, he was very communicative, and would respond to any emails or calls very quickly. He’s what we needed to help us navigate a difficult process. And on top of that he speak Spanish :). Extremely satisfied with his service.
