I really can't find the words to describe my experience . She was just phenomenal to deal with. I felt like she cared about me and was excited as I was for the the condo purchase. I can't find one negative thing to say about any part or anyone involved in the process. Amie is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and in my opinion one of a kind and irreplaceable. Justin was awesome. We had a 30 day deadline to close our loan and he made sure it was done. Always returned my calls within a few hours, very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have had. As a former Realtor, I can, with all expertise say that he absolutely was on the ball. Heading off any delays that might occur, making sure I had all documents in ahead of time. Well Done Justin.
