Jimmy has been a great partner in the mortgage process. He is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any question. I have been so satisfied with his guidance that he is the only person I would deal with at Rocket Mortgage.

Tiffany is great and has been a pleasure to work with! She talked us through all of our options and helped us decide that a home equity loan was our best option. She has been super responsive to all our many questions during the whole process. I would definitely want to work with her again.

From start to finish our first experience with Rocket Mortgage was a success, thanks to Chris and his attentive team! We closed on time with a favorable interest rate and can't say enough about how easy and convenient the process was with Rocket. We would use them again in a heartbeat, thanks Chris!

Nathan did a great job for us in buying our first home. He was extremely responsive and helped us lock in a great rate. He helped see that everything went to plan even when it wasn’t his primary assignment. We didn’t know what to expect but he exceeded what we could expect.

Doug was great to work with during our loan process. He was quick to answer questions and get all the information needed to finalize our loan. When I had questions, he would answer quickly and after hours multiple times. I highly recommend him as a loan agent.

Joe is very thorough and acted with a sense of urgency from the word go. He suggested that we go through the relocation team to save us costs. Even though we moved to the relocation team Joe continue to answer any questions we had and help facilitate the right up to closing. He went well above and Beyond!
