I called her a few times in a panic, and every single time she calmed me down, laid out the facts, and gave me clear options. She listens, she cares, and she shows up — she always answers the phone, and if she can’t, she sends a quick text letting me know when she’ll call back.

I could genuinely tell she cared about making sure I made it to closing. Long story short: she got me there… AND I DID! 🎉
