Lisa made our home refinance process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, giving us ample time to think and never pressuring us. She diligently re-ran numbers upon request until we reached an agreement that worked perfectly for us. Highly recommended!

The transaction with Mary and Rocket Mortgage was amazing! Everything flowed smoothly, without hiccups or hitches. The communication was truly remarkable and made a believer out of me that Rocket Mortgage can handle my mortgage needs. Thank you Mary and the Rocket Mortgage team. Good job!

Based on my experience with George Petersmarck, I in good conscience cannot recommend him. He ghosted me for no good reason which was very confusing to me. I've worked with him before and he was great. That is why I chose to work with him again.

On a side note, these honest reviews I leave keep getting deleted which to me seems very unethical.

Daryn did a wonderful job helping me resolve a few credit issues for my application. Without him, I don’t know what I would have done. 10/10 Daryn makes a great example representing Rocket Mortgage.

Amie was GREAT. From day one she took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and would follow up with me directly early on with all the questions I had. Amie is very knowledgeable and extremely timely on her responses and details on where I was at in the lending process. I would highly recommend Amie!

I personally think that Chad is great at doing his job. He made it easy for me to understand the process and make decisions. I totally agree with other favorable comments made about his character and way of handling business. He helped me understand better how the closing process worked even after I was passed on to the closing team. I will recommend him to everyone!
