Wow! What a quality individual that you have working the difficult task of Home Lending/Refinance. Ignacio assisted my family from cradle to grave on our refinance loan. Had great Customer Service skills and highly intelligent. Our loan had very difficult hurdles that he gracefully overcame. Went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were on track to get the closing. You cannot train the ...Wow!
