He made my life easy. I sat back and didnt really have to do anything except bombard him with a billion questions (which he was able to answer on the spot). Im about as bi-polar as it gets (not joking)… he always stayed calm even when I was….less than friendly.

We felt informed, prepared, and confident from start to finish.

He was also extremely responsive and communicative, answering every question (and we had a lot!), always making himself available, and making us feel like a priority throughout the entire process.

He even went above and beyond by connecting us with additional Rocket Mortgage resources to make sure we were in the best possible position going into closing.

It was truly a pleasure working with him. We absolutely recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a mortgage professional who goes above and beyond.
